Thank you for choosing our course. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy while maintaining the integrity of our program. Please read the following refund terms carefully:​

 

1. Full Refund (Up to Two Weeks After Course Purchase)​

• Cancellations made up to two weeks after course purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

• If a home kit has been received as part of the course, the refund will only be issued once the kit is returned in its original condition at your expense.

2. No Refund (After Two Weeks of Course Purchase)

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after two weeks from the course start date.​

 

3. How to Request a Refund:

• To request a refund, please contact us at courses@sourcefoods.uk with the following details:

Full Name
Course Name and Start Date
Reason for Cancellation 

4. Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the request and, where applicable, the return of the home kit.

• Home kits that have already been posted to you must be returned at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the home kit.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

• We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us directly, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

• By enrolling in our course, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
